pleasant staff, answered all questions, responded to problems and breakdowns
not very comfortable beds, one bed wobbled and I was afraid that I would fall at night, and the folding sofa was very hard and the springs were pushing through

Location & price
Toilets didn’t work. They didn’t address the issue while we were there No parking. We had to walk 35 minutes to find a spot to park the car.

The location of the hotel is 10 points, the price is affordable for a hotel located in the city center and the pleasant staff who changed our room because of a very unpleasant smell.
Old furniture in the room, old blankets that you don't want to use, lack of air conditioning, old plumbing that needs repair and replacement. Cleaning is daily, but we did not notice it, towels were not changed, the floor was not swept.

What was the highlight of Be Smart Florida Plaza
Charming old fashioned place, good value for money.
Lovely old fashioned building (bordering tatty but still charming, spacious, well positioned and very good value for money). Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was also in a quiet part. I would stay there again.
Bathroom floor’s incline is wrong and the shower head was old splashing everywhere so we flooded the hall a couples of times no matter how carefully we showered. Perhaps a screen or curtain would help? Toilet’s flushing wasn’t very efficient (maybe a bucket and a mop in that particular apartment would be helpful for both situations mentioned above). Also there’s a lot of scale on the shower tray and in the toilet, but the sewage might not support descaling solutions. ????‍️At night it got a bit chilly and the blankets were thick and heavy, not the type that you could hope get cleaned after each client so I didn’t dare to use them, but that might only be my mind.
